Contacting customers
As an approved supplier, you have access to the Customer directory for the duration of the framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in touch with our customers to advise them that you are a framework supplier. However, please be mindful not to immediately email customers are soon as they join as this could have a detrimental effect on their joining experience due to the volume of suppliers contacting them upon joining. We recommend giving customers time to get familiar before you start contacting them.
Reporting spend
We request that you report any spend that is made by one of our customers within 3 months of the delivery / start date.
